NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on applications GPAP 07-10 and RZ 07-18 proposing a general plan amendment from Medium and High Density Residential to Local Commercial and a rezone from “R1” Single-Family Residential to “C1-DR” Local Commercial—Design Review for a portion of this site, and a major use permit UP 07-17 to remove the existing 3000 square foot market building and construct a new 8000 square foot market building and two new dispenser fuel canopies. The project applicant is Tower Energy Group.


The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-60. The project is located at 2935 & 2939 Lakeshore Boulevard, Lakeport, CA and further described as APN 028-092-23 & 028-331-10. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available 10 days before the hearing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SDX 08-02 proposing a two year time extension for Forest Glen Estates Subdivision SD 05-06 proposing a tentative subdivision map to create 15 residential lots on 18 acres.
