NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SDX 08-01 proposing a two-year time extension for Orchards at Seigler Creek Subdivision SD 05-11 proposing a tentative subdivision map to create 10 residential lots on 13.1 acres. The project is located at 9555 S. State Highway 29, Lower Lake, CA, and further described as APN 012-027-19. The project applicant is FRED MORSE. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously approved Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-65. The Initial Study is available for review and the staff report will be available ten days before the hearing at the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
