Proposed minor use permit for channel dredging project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 08-01) based on Initial Study 08-01 in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow a Channel Dredging Project. The property is located at, 3105 St. Francis St., Lakeport, CA and further described as APN 008-008-01. The Planner processing this application is Ronald Yoder, (707) 263-2221 or rony@co.lake.ca.us.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., July 17, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 23, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
