NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 08-03 to allow the replacement of a 120 foot guy wired lattice tower with a new 120 self-supporting lattice tower. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on INITIAL STUDY IS 08-09.
