NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 08-03 to allow the replacement of a 120 foot guy wired lattice tower with a new 120 self-supporting lattice tower. The project applicant is Peacock Associates Inc. on behalf of Metro PCS. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on INITIAL STUDY IS 08-09. The project is located at 9280 Konocti Rd, Kelseyville and further described as APN 009-002-09. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
