NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on an Administrative Appeal (AA 08-03) of the Community Development Departments determination to deny a certificate of compliance on the applicants parcel with a previously approved lot line adjustment. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider adopting a subsequent negative declaration based on INITIAL STUDY IS 04-101 for GPD 04-02 proposing a 1-year time extension of the Vintage Faire General Plan of Development. The applicant is De Nova Homes. The project is located at 20740 & 20830 State Hwy. 29, Middletown, and further described as APN’s 014-430-07 & 09.
