The City of Lakeport Community Development Department has received an application for a revision to an approved subdivision replacing a proposed through-street and bridge with a cul-de-sac in an R-1 Zoning District. The subject properties are located at 1297 Craig Avenue, 1226 Wrigley Street and 1227 Wrigley Street and are further described as APNs 025-441-43, 025-741-08 and 025-741-09, respectively.

Lake County Waste Solutions: Major use permit for transfer/processing facility

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UP 07-25 proposing a major use permit for the expansion of the existing trash hauling facility operations to a designated Medium Volume Transfer/Processing Facility proposing a new 12,000 square foot building exceeding the maximum allowed height limit. The project applicant is Lake County Waste Solutions, Inc. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-36. The project is located at 230 Soda Bay Road, Lakeport, CA and further described as APN 008-001-24. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
