North Shore Christian Fellowship: Major use permit for music, off-site parking, extended hours

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on review of application UP 05-22 proposing a time extension for a previously approved major use permit to allow the North Shore Christian Fellowship Church with amplified music, off-site parking (joint use parking agreement with West America Bank) and extended hours of operation (24 hours per day). The project applicant is CRS Construction. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously approved mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-71. The project is located at 9456 Main St, Upper Lake and further described as APN 027-212-14. The mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
