NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 08-43) based on Initial Study 08-14 for Frank Perez (Rancho De La Fuente) in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow an agricultural bridge within the waterway zoning combining district and further allow the conversion of an existing barn to a small winery and tasting room. The property is located at 2290 Soda Bay Rd, Lakeport, CA and further described as APN 008-010-29. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on February 25, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.

NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING


The Lakeport Community Development Department has received an application for a revision to an approved subdivision replacing a proposed through-street and bridge with a cul-de-sac in an R-1 Zoning District. The subject properties are located at 1297 Craig Avenue, 1226 Wrigley Street and 1227 Wrigley Street and are further described as APNs 025-441-43, 025-741-08 and 025-741-09, respectively. The Planning Commission denied the application and an appeal on this matter and the application will be considered by the Lakeport City Council.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application MMU 08-08 proposing a Minor Modification to a Minor use permit to allow the establishment of a home occupation within an oversized detached accessory structure that was approved as a collector’s garage in 2003.
