NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application MUP 08-26 proposing a minor use permit to authorize use of existing commercial stables and a riding academy. The project applicant is Robert and Susan Wiloth. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-22. The project is located at 18115 Diamond Ridge Rd. Lower Lake, CA (off of Noble Ranch Rd.) and further described as APN 012-050-15 & 39. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR THE VALLEY OAKS PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL. The purpose of this hearing is to provide increased opportunities for public comment on the Draft EIR. The comment period is open through January 23, 2009. The Draft EIR is available for review by the public on the Community Development Department’s link on the County Web site: www.co.lake.ca.us.
