NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 08-35 of William Kinaman in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow a twenty-five percent reduction in the front and rear yard setbacks for the construction of a two-story single-family dwelling with an attached garage. The property is located at 11115 Lakeshore Dr., Clearlake Park, CA and further described as APN 036-391-17. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., October 16, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on October 22, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
