NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 08-22 of Connie Eddings in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow the use of an 8ft x 38ft Travel Trailer as a Hardship Guest House on property located at 4030 Clark Dr, Kelseyville, and further described as APN# 088-011-11. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., July 03, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 9, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
