NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 08-23 of Don and Joy Owens in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow a hardship guesthouse with a living area not to exceed 1,000 square feet. The property is located at 11095 Diener Drive, Lower Lake, CA and further described as APN 115-006-01. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., June 26, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 2, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
