NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 08-03) based on Initial Study 08-02 in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow a Stream Restoration Project. The property is located at, 21362 Meriann Dr., Clearlake Oaks, CA and further described as APN 628-050-03. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., July 3, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 9, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
