NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 09-01 proposing a tentative parcel map to subdivide approximately 80.0 acres to create two parcels. The project applicant is Tom Kelley. The Planning Commission will consider adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-21. The project is located at 2345 & 2775 Holdenreid Road, Kelseyville, APNs 008-047-21 & 24. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Lake County Watershed Protection District hereby declares its intent to purchase real property consisting of land located at 1305 Reclamation, Upper Lake, CA (APN 004-021-30-00), to be used for the purpose of flood control protection as provided in the State of California Water Code Section 79037, Division 26, Chapter 5, Article 2.5. The seller is Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-06.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Lake County Watershed Protection District will conduct a public hearing on TUESDAY, MARCH 23, 2010, at 9:15 a.m., Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, as time and place for consideration of the proposed purchase and the necessary actions to complete the purchase of said property.
