NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 08-24) based on Initial Study 08-21 for Clay Shannon in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a small winery and tasting room. The property is located at 13888 Point Lakeview Road, Lower Lake CA, APN 012-066-14. The proposed mitigated negative declaration and the proposed conditions of approval are available in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. NOTICE OF PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION


 


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study 10-15 for a proposed grading permit (GR10-015) to develop a seven acre vineyard at 21105 Buckeye Ct., Middletown (APN 013-062-09). The project applicant is Ralf Oelschlager. The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.


The Zoning Administrator will approve this project with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., June 17, 2010. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 23, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application GPAP 10-01 proposing a general plan amendment from Agriculture and Rural Lands to Industrial and Rural Lands and RZ 10-01 proposing a rezone from Agriculture and Rural Lands to Commercial/Manufacturing and Rural Lands for property located at 12942 and 12982 Highway 29, Lower Lake, and further described as APNs 012-023-26 and 27.
