NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 08-24) based on Initial Study 08-21 for Clay Shannon in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a small winery and tasting room. NOTICE OF PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study 10-15 for a proposed grading permit (GR10-015) to develop a seven acre vineyard at 21105 Buckeye Ct., Middletown (APN 013-062-09). The project applicant is Ralf Oelschlager.
