NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the appeal AA 10-02 of Barry Shaffer. The appellant is appealing the Zoning Administrator’s approval of a minor use permit (MUP 10-01) based on Initial Study IS 10-03 for Eric Olof in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a small winery and tasting room. The property is located at 5615 Highland Springs Road, Lakeport, CA, APN 008-044-29 & 28.
The mitigated negative declaration is available for review, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing, at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
