NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the appeal AA 10-02 of Barry Shaffer. The appellant is appealing the Zoning Administrator’s approval of a minor use permit (MUP 10-01) based on Initial Study IS 10-03 for Eric Olof in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a small winery and tasting room. The property is located at 5615 Highland Springs Road, Lakeport, CA, APN 008-044-29 & 28.


The mitigated negative declaration is available for review, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing, at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 09-15 requesting approval of a major use permit to establish a small winery (15,000 cases or less annually) and a tasting room, approval of a free standing outdoor advertising sign adjacent to Highway 20, and approval to hold up to three winery-related events per year, in addition to participating in countywide wine tasting events. The project applicant is Michael Mims.


The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-39. The project is located at 737 & 755 E. State Hwy 20, Upper Lake, APN 004-010-04 & 004-013-18.
