David Sierra: Grading permit for barn, equestrian arena building pads

NOTICE OF PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study 08-26 for a proposed grading permit (GR10-026) to construct building pads for a barn and private equestrian arena at 12750 State Hwy 175, Loch Lomond (APN 011-067-16). The project applicant is David Sierra.


The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.


The Zoning Administrator will approve this project with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., September 2, 2010.


Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on September 8, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on MMM 09-02, proposing a Minor Modification to a previously approved parcel map to allow the removal of a building envelope and add a non-buildable area for the construction of a solar efficient home.


The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-39. The project applicant is James Walworth. The project is located at 15655 S. Highway 175, Cobb, CA, APN 013-034-28.


The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 10-15 of Roy Smith in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow the construction of a 480 sq ft metal building, 40x 50 fenced area and operation of a commercial kennel for up to 20 dogs located at 5125, Highland Springs Road, Lakeport, CA, APN 008-043-06.
