Roy Smith: Minor use permit for commercial kennel

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 10-15 of Roy Smith in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow the construction of a 480 sq ft metal building, 40x 50 fenced area and operation of a commercial kennel for up to 20 dogs located at 5125, Highland Springs Road, Lakeport, CA, APN 008-043-06.

The zoning administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., September 2, 2010. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on September 8, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
