NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 10-02 proposing a tentative parcel map to subdivide approximately 6.14 acres to create two parcels and RZ 10-05 to rezone the property from “A” Agriculture to “SR-B3” Suburban Reserve - 3 acre minimum parcel size. The project applicant is Shirley Brooks.


The Planning Commission will consider adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 10-22. The project is located at 3575 Hill Road, Lakeport, APN 005-017-76.


The proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration is available for review, and the staff report will be available ten days before the hearing in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the Draft Konocti Regional Trails Master Plan which is intended to provide the guiding framework for the development of a countywide network of non-motorized trails, both land-based and water trails, throughout Lake County, California, for the purposes of recreation and transportation. The project applicant is the County of Lake.


The Planning Commission will further consider adopting a Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 10-31.


The proposed Negative Declaration and Draft Master Plan are available for review, and the staff report will be available ten days before the hearing in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport.
