NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving minor use permit MUP 10-29 for Enrico Pretari in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a 25% reduction in the front yard setback to 41.25 feet from the centerline of Konocti Bay road, and allow a 4.5 foot extension on four storage units located on property at 9287 Konocti Bay Road, Kelseyville, CA, APN 009-015-24.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M January 20, 2011.


Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on January 26, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 10-03 proposing a major use permit to allow for the storage of up to 45 boats and recreational vehicles in conjunction with an existing mini-storage operation.


The project applicant is Pat Stansberry.


The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 10-12.


The project is located at 2240 Lakeshore Boulevard & 2371 Stokes Avenue, Nice, APN 031-052-02 & 13.


The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
