Benjamin Haley: Minor use permit for fence

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving minor use permit MUP 10-27 for Benjamin Haley in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a six foot high fence in the front yard setback located on property at 2356 Diane Way, Lakeport, CA, APN 005-053-28.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M December 16, 2010.


Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on January 5, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
