NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 04-22, proposing a major use permit for a Motor Sport go-cart race track.
The purpose of this hearing is to review compliance with permit conditions and to consider minor modifications (MMU 10-03) to the permit conditions. The project applicant is Lakeport Outlaw Karting.
The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously approved mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 04-44.
The project is located at 2598 South Main Street, Lakeport, CA, APN 008-001-01.
The previously approved mitigated negative declaration is available for review, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CEQA GRADING PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a CEQA Grading Permit (GR 10-006) based on Initial Study 10-08 for County of Lake in accordance with Chapter 30 of the Lake County Grading Ordinance to allow grading for roads, building pads, and clearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this CEQA GRADING PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., November 18, 2010.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on November 24, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application IS 09-32 proposing a Complex (CEQA) Grading Permit GR 09-047 proposing to resolve a grading violation that included the unpermitted grading of 4.93 acres of native vegetation, including oak woodlands.
The application also proposes to grade an additional 2.37 acres of native vegetation for a total cleared area of 7.3 acres.
The project applicant is George Seferoglou. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-32, and will consider authorizing the Community Development Director to issue the proposed grading permit.
The project is located at 13520 Point Lakeview Rd., Lower Lake, CA and further described as APN 012-066-72. The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
