NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California will hold a public hearing on application UP 09-14 proposing a major use permit for a sprinkler irrigation system for the disposal of filter backwash water and above ground water clarifying tanks. No change in capacity is proposed. The project applicant is Riviera West Mutual Water Company.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-34. The project is located at 8520 and 8560 Soda Bay Road, Kelseyville, APN’s 044-340-24 and 25.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 30 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on December 9, 2010 at 9:05 am which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 10-17 of Thomas Vasconcellos in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a detached 462 square foot single story garage to be located approximately twenty-eight feet from the front property line located at 3790 Lakeshore Blvd., Lakeport, APN 029-231-75. The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., November 18, 2010 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on November 24, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
