NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving minor use permit MUP 10-27 for Benjamin Haley in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a six foot high fence in the front yard setback located on property at 2356 Diane Way, Lakeport, CA, APN 005-053-28.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M December 16, 2010.


Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on January 5, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.

PUBLIC NOTICE


Please be advised that the City of Lakeport Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing to consider the revocation of the Zoning Permit that allows the presentation of live entertainment at the Full Throttle Tavern at 650 South Main Street.


The Public Hearing is scheduled to take place on December 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Lakeport City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport.

Notice of Public Hearing


Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will take place for the purposes of allowing public input regarding the application to the California Department of Education to waive the grade span for a community day school prior to the Board of Trustees taking formal action to approve submission of the request.


The public hearing will take place at the next meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Konocti Unified School District on December 8, 2010, in the Carol McClung Center Board Room, at 9430-B Lake Street, Lower Lake, CA 95457-0759.
