COUNTY OF LAKENOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, sitting as the Board of Director Directors of the Lake County Sanitation District, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2011, at 9:45 A.M., Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, as time and place to consider a proposed URGENCY MEASURE ADOPTING AN INTERIM ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS UPON CONNECTIONS TO THE SOUTHEAST REGIONAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM.
A certified copy of the proposed Ordinance is available at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Please be advised that the City of Lakeport Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to consider revised/additional operating conditions of approval for the zoning permit that allows the presentation of live entertainment at the Full Throttle Tavern at 650 S. Main St.
The public hearing is scheduled to take place on February 9, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Lakeport City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport.

NOTICE OF MITIGATION MONITORING PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Plan has been prepared for the Anderson Springs Community Services District in compliance with California Environmental Quality Act to allow for site clearing and grading for the installation of a 175,000 gallon water storage tank and the refurbishing or replacement of an existing 150,000 gallon water storage tank located at 1168 Van Dorn Reservoir Road, Middletown, California, APN 013-040-25 and the installation of up to nine fire hydrants within the distribution system of the Anderson Springs Subdivision in public rights-of-way.
The initial study and proposed mitigation measures are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on January 29, 2011 and end on February 17, 2011.
This Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Plan will be adopted with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 p.m., February 17, 2011.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on February 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
