NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the appeal AA 10-01, of Mark Egide, on behalf of Egide Family Limited Partnership. The appellant is appealing a Notice of Violation issued January 15, 2010, in conjunction with Case #8038, regarding the operation of a medical marijuana dispensary. The location of the alleged zoning violation is 3387 East Highway 20, Nice, CA, APN 032-124-02. The staff report will be available at the Community Development Department, in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California ten (10) days before the hearing. NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on VR 09-04 requesting approval of a Variance from the surfacing requirements of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a parking area surfaced with base rock in conjunction with MMU 09-08 requesting approval of a Minor Modification to a previously approved Major Use Permit, UP 07-08, to allow for the temporary storage of boats, recreational vehicles and private non-commercial vehicles. The project applicant is Tony Ford. The project is located at 2300 Stokes Ave., Nice, APN 004-055-31. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 07-23.
