Lake County Watershed Protection District: Intention to purchase real property

BOARD OF DIRECTORS, LAKE COUNTY WATERSHED PROTECTION DISTRICT

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Lake County Watershed Protection District hereby declares its intent to purchase real property consisting of land located at 1305 Reclamation, Upper Lake, CA (APN 004-021-30-00), to be used for the purpose of flood control protection as provided in the State of California Water Code Section 79037, Division 26, Chapter 5, Article 2.5. The seller is Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-06.


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Lake County Watershed Protection District will conduct a public hearing on TUESDAY, MARCH 23, 2010, at 9:15 a.m., Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, as time and place for consideration of the proposed purchase and the necessary actions to complete the purchase of said property.


NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.


If you challenge the action of the Board of Directors of the Lake County Watershed Protection District on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk of that Board at, or prior to, the public hearing.
