NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 10-01) based on Initial Study 10-03 for Eric Olof in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a small winery and tasting room. The property is located at, 5615 Highland Springs Road, Lakeport, CA, APN 008-044-29 & 28. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application for a CEQA Grading Permit proposing grading to construct a residence, a caretakers cabin, stand alone bathroom, and associated utility trenching. The project applicant is John Nady. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-31, and will consider authorizing the Community Development Director to issue the proposed grading permit. The project is located at 12900 Sulphur Bank Mine Road., Clearlake Oaks, CA, APN 010-002-01 (Rattlesnake Island). The proposed mitigated negative declaration and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
