1:25 a.m. – Officers Richard Santor and Destry Henderson responded to possible fireworks heard from the area of Lakeport Elementary School, Lange Street. Gone on arrival.


10:09 a.m. – Annoying phone calls. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Third and N. Main streets regarding problem phone calls. General services rendered.


10:53 a.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Lake County Museum, N. Main Street; red 2000 Mazda pickup. Report taken.


11:56 a.m. – Kmart, S. Main Street, reports two shoplifters in custody. General services rendered.


4:35 p.m. – Officer Destry Henderson responds to report of female on a bicycle riding under the influence and against traffic; last seen southbound at Bank of America, N. Main Street. Gone on arrival.


8:19 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Howard Avenue and Rainbow Road. Arrest made.


11:46 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Deputy Don McPherson, Officer Richard Santor and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds to report of four males, one wearing a white shirt with long hair, others in black; throwing rocks at the building and now at each other; running toward the gazebos; all four have skateboards. Warning.

12:28 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Chief Kevin Burke responded to report from caller on Adams Street regarding what was either shots or firecrackers on Will O View Court and 20th Street. Gone on arrival.


1:06 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Richard Santor responded to resident on Adams who reported a loud party next door; subjects are outside and there is a car in the middle of the street. Warning.


1:27 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at 10th and N. High streets. Civil assist.


1:58 a.m. – Bar check. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


8:14 a.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at S. Main Street and Lupoyoma Avenue. Warning.


9:14 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to caller who reported vandalism to his vehicle last night. Does not want a report. General services rendered.


11:48 a.m. – LPD animal control issue. Sgt. Jason Ferguson, Officer Michael Williams and Lt. Brad Rasmussen initiated activity at Esplanade Street. Black pit bull in area. Lakeport PD animal call.


12:20 p.m. – Shoplifter. Officer Michael Williams and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Kmart, S. Main Street. Report taken; released on cite.


6:55 p.m. – Found Property. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson responded to report of found wallet on the lawn at Via Del Lago. Report taken.

12:06 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Norm Taylor responded to report of possible drunk driver; white Bronco with broken back windshield, heading north on Sixth Street. General services rendered.


12:08 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Lakeside Lanes, Lakeport Boulevard. Arrest made


1:29 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officers Norm Taylor and Richard Santor, and Deputy Corey Paulich respond to Jack In The Box, Soda Bay Road, on report of a male who just climbed through the drive-through window. Employees were able to subject outside; white male, 20 years old, 5’9”, brown hair; last seen wearing white shirt, blue jeans; currently in a black truck in the drive-through. Gone on arrival.


1:45 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officers Richard Santor and Norm Taylor initiated activity at Lakeport Yacht Club, Fifth Street. Warning.


3:06 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Richard Santor responded to report at Sixth and Brush streets of subjects at the duplex on the corner having a party, talking loudly and cursing. Warning.


3:07 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Lt. Brad Rasmussen, Officer Richard Santor and Sgt. Kevin Odom respond to report that someone just threw a rock through caller's car window on Central Park Avenue. Nothing seen. Report taken.

11:07 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officers Michael Williams, Norm Taylor and Richard Santor, and Lt. Brad Rasmussen responded to report of a man's wife who is drunk and yelling at him. She just left out the front door. Described as white female, 61 years of age, red hair, last seen wearing red shirt and black pants. Arrest made.
