1:29 a.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at US Postal Service, 11th Street; gray 2004 Dodge Ram pickup. Warning.
7:29 a.m. – Shoplifter. Deputy Dave Perry and Officer Jim Bell respond to Bruno's Foods where it's reported a shoplifter left about three to five minutes ago. Subject left with a can of beer and an energy drink; last seen towards the Dollar Store, on foot. Described as white male, 25 years of age, 5’9”, 185 pounds, sandy brown very short, almost shaved hair; last seen wearing blue plaid shirt and jeans. General services rendered.
8:27 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Jim Bell responds to Christian Science Church, First and Park streets, where a caller reported he found a can of spray paint and wanted to know if police wanted to pick it up. General services rendered.
9:01 a.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Lake County Courthouse, N. Forbes Street. General services rendered.
9:11 a.m. – Warrant service. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Clearlake Marina Mobile Home
Park. Arrest made
12:10 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jim Bell responded to N. Forbes and Second streets. General services rendered.
1:28 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Deputies Cynthia Radoumis and Dave Perry, sheriff's Capt. James Bauman and police Sgt. Jason Ferguson respond to Yellow Hammer Lane where woman reports problems with her granddaughter; open line into verbal altercation in the background. Report taken.
2:05 p.m. – Attempt suicide. Deputies Chris Rivera, Robert Jordan, Dave Perry and Cynthia Radoumis, and Officer Jim Bell respond to request for welfare check on 18-year-old on Park Way. Subject just texted a friend in Southern California, saying that he broke into his dad’s gun cabinet and was going to commit suicide or become a criminal. Report taken; subject is en route to personal mental health worker.
2:35 p.m. – Public intoxication. Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street, reported male subject, extremely inebriated. Store refused to sell him beer; he is currently driving around in the parking lot in a green pickup with camper shell. General services rendered.
2:35 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. General services rendered.
5:18 p.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to caller on Westridge Circle, Kelseyville, regarding a ticket. Incident location was on N. Forbes Street. General services rendered
6:06 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Sgts. Jason Ferguson and Kevin Odom responded to report of 18-year-old who is being uncooperative at law offices on N. Main Street. The mental health provider is still on scene but they are requesting law enforcement. General services rendered.
7:22 p.m. – Fraud report. Sgts. Kevin Odom and Jason Ferguson responded to McDonald’s where the store received a fake bill. Responsible subjects still at the business. Report taken.
11:19 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to caller at The Mallard House, N. Main Street, who reported a subject hit her in the mouth with his fists and took her keys. Responsible is not on scene; described as a white male, 50 years old, 6’5”, heavy build, negative weapons, under the influence. Associated with tan 4-Runner across the street. Report taken.

4:18 a.m. – Foot patrol. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Library Park, Park Street. Report taken.
7:39 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. City of Lakeport reports vandalism to car, occurring last night, between First and Second streets in front of Biggs Diner, Park Street. General services rendered.
12:44 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell responded to Department of Motor Vehicles which reported a subject was trying to transfer a stolen vehicle in his name. Vehicle is not there; white male, last seen wearing a t-shirt. Arrest made.
12:56 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Caller believes phone was stolen out of vehicle yesterday at Safeway, 11th Street. Report taken.
1:27 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Lt. Brad Rasmussen responded to caller on S. Main Street reported red Toyota Tacoma blocking the driveway; has tried to locate the owner. Arrest made.
1:56 p.m. – Noise Disturbance – Officer Brad Rasmussen – Caller on South Russell reports very loud music from the garage – Warning

12:32 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officers Michael Williams and Richard Santor, and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report from an anonymous male concerning loud party on Armstrong Street. Sixteen to 20 males and females, 16-24 years old, are drinking alcohol, partying in the house and on the streets. Warning.
4:48 a.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Officer Michael Williams and Richard Santor initiated activity at Forest Drive. Parking citation.
8:04 a.m. – Fire/gas and propane leak. Officer Gavin Wells initiated activity at USA, S. Main Street. Fuel leak, approximately two gallons at this time; unable to stop the leak. General services rendered.
8:05 a.m. – Outside agency assist. Officers Gavin Wells and Jim Bell initiated activity at USA, S. Main Street, regarding a red 1998 Chrysler LeBaron. General services rendered.
8:46 a.m. – Fraud. Caller reports theft of money from her bank account at Westamerica Bank, S. Main Street. Report taken.
9:07 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from resident on Lakeshore Boulevard who reported theft of boat trailer license plate; occurred in the last week. Report taken.
11:39 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from caller on N. Main Street who reported two male subjects were in a physical altercation. They were walking northbound on Main Street; one is on a bike. Subjects are white males, 20s, last seen wearing white tsshirts and blue jeans. Report taken.
12:04 p.m. – Annoying phone calls. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from Wells Fargo Bank, Safeway, 11th Street, regarding an unknown male subject who continues to call and make threats via the telephone; subject lives in Clearlake. General services rendered.

12:46 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from caller on Third Street who requested contact regarding road construction signs that are not visible and may pose a hazard. General services rendered.

2:46 a.m. – Welfare check. Life Line reported receiving a call from a 99-year-old man at Fairground Village Mobile Park, Martin Street, who advised he didn’t think he was very good; appeared confused. Daughter was called and responded to respondent; when reporter called to check on things, daughter
hung up, stating she had to call 911. Outside agency assist.
6:34 a.m. – 911 hang up. Quick Dial Tone reported static on the line at Parallel Drive. General services
rendered.
7:12 a.m. – Commercial burglary. Officer Jim Bell responded to Lakeport Transportation Yard, Howard Avenue, where it was reported locks were cut; unknown what was taken. Report taken.
9:40 a.m. – Threats. Officer Jim Bell responded to woman on 20th Street who reported her estranged husband threatened to have her murdered; may also be civil issues related to this as well. General services rendered.
1:08 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Woman on Ninth Street reported vandalism to her vehicle last night. Report taken.
1:22 p.m. – Noninjury traffic accident. Officer Jim Bell responded to N. Main and 10th streets to a white Pontiac versus a maroon pickup. General services rendered; names exchanged.
6:46 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report from woman on Sayre Road who said her 16-year-old daughter pushed and kicked her. Girl is still in the house, history of bipolar; negative weapons other than kitchen knives; negative drugs. Report taken.
