12:17 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Richard Santor responded to report from resident at Clearlake Marina Mobile Home Park, S. Main Street, regarding someone who just knocked on her door and when she looked out the window, there was no one there. She would like a drive through the area. Gone on arrival.


1:32 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at

Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


9:20 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Possible stolen vehicle on Third and N. Forbes streets. General services rendered.


9:21 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer-initiated activity at N. Forbes Street; 1999 BMW. Warning; vehicle is secured back at the regency.


9:36 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to call who reported his motorcycle was stolen sometime yesterday on 11th Street. He was two payments behind. Report taken.


11:38 a.m. – Be on the lookout: stolen vehicle taken some time over the last 24 hours from 15th Street. General services rendered.


11:57 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at N. Main Street; 2002 BMW four-door. Warning issued.


1:21 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. Parking citation.


5:56 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer-initiated activity at Highway 29. Arrest made.


6:07 p.m. – Missing person runaway. Officer Destry Henderson responds to caller on 19th Street who reports their 15-year-old son has been gone for three days; last received a text message only last night. Son is a black male, 5’0”, 130 pounds, short black hair, possibly carrying a black backpack; juvenile frequents Library Park. General services rendered.


6:31 p.m. – Found property. Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responds to caller who says his 15-year-old son just called him from the Fifth Street boat ramp and said he found a rifle in the bushes. Report taken.


8:00 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officers Richard Santor and Destry Henderson respond to report from Holbrook at Lakeport Fire Protection District regarding secondhand information that a male juvenile was staggering on the sidewalk on Main Street near Westamerica Bank. General services rendered.

12:34 a.m. – Public intoxication. Sgt. Kevin Odom, Officer Norm Taylor and Chief Kevin Burke responded to call at Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street, where it was reported a male and a female subject were walking down Main Street, near the tavern, carrying another female who appears very drunk. Gone on arrival.


9:21 a.m. – Warrant service. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Deputy Chris Rivera responded to report from State Parole reported GPS shows that subject is between Lily Cove; would like us to go pick up Stallings, arrest made.


10:15 a.m. – Annoying phone calls. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to caller on Compton reports his 12-year-old daughter is receiving harassing phone messages on her cell; they are getting threatening and the reporter has them saved. Report taken.


11:10 a.m. – Welfare check. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to caller at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard, reports elderly male walking around Bruno’s with his pants around his ankles. They got into a green BMW and he is in the driver’s seat; female is in the passenger seat and doesn’t seem to care that the male was walking around like that. Report taken.


2:54 p.m. – Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Kmart, S. Main Street, reports shoplifter in custody. Report taken.


3:28 p.m. – Officer-initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


3:43 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Officers Jarvis Leishman and Destry Henderson responded to resident on Central Park Avenue who has an opossum at his front door acting strange. Report taken.


5:07 p.m. – Missing person adult. Officer Destry Henderson responded to 59 year old female with mental issues; white female, 5’5”, 190 pounds, long brown hair in a pony tail, wearing blue dress; last seen at CVS Drugstore, 11th Street, about 20 minutes ago. Caller said Linda ditched her. General services rendered.


6:13 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to caller at Kmart, S. Main Street, who reported baby locked in a truck in the parking lot. Outside agency assist.


6:14 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. Report taken.


6:37 p.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Deputy Sarah Hardisty assist CHP on call at Todd Road. Outside agency assist.


8:57 p.m. – Foot patrol. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Willow Point Resort. Lakeport Police animal call.


9:35 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Caller on Cantwell Ranch Road, Lower Lake, reported small U-Haul truck driving up and down the road all day, possibly hauling drugs; the UHaul has a left upper rear tail light out. Caller states they just went back up the road and believes they will be coming back down in

about 30 minutes. Message delivered.


10:30 p.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. Officer Destry Henderson responds to CHP request for cover due to two down at Taser point at Lakeshore Boulevard and Crystal Lake Way. Outside agency assist.


11:21 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at

Highway 175 and Parallel Drive. Warning.

9:09 a.m. – Burglary. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to Public Health Department, Bevins Court, on report of theft of items out of shed. Report Taken


9:50 a.m. – Follow up. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main

Street. General services rendered.


10:28 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Caller reports ongoing harassment by a subject at Library Park,

Park Street. General services rendered.


10:45 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Anonymous female reports people painting and selling rocks

at Library Park, Park Street; ongoing issue every morning. Caller would like them checked out.

General services rendered.


11:30 a.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Elvis Cook and Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Highway 29 and Park Way; green BMW. General services rendered.


1:56 p.m. – Shoplifter. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Dollar Tree Store on S. Main Street were one shoplifter was detained. Arrest made.


2:55 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to KXBX Radio, N. Main Street, where vehicles were parked by the “no parking” signs for the concert at the park. General services rendered.


3:05 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Jason Ferguson respond to report from caller on N. Main Street regarding theft of medication. Caller sounds drunk and was not very cooperative. Report taken.


4:36 p.m. – Public intoxication. Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to report from anonymous male at USA, S. Main Street reported subject tried to buy beer at the store and they refused him. Now he is out by the gas pumps, trying to get someone to purchase beer for him – white male, 32 years old, shaved head, no shirt and multi-colored shorts. Arrest made.


6:02 p.m. – Fire/traffic accident. Two vehicles reported, unknown injuries, roadway blocked; 11th Street and North Forbes. General services rendered.


6:02 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Norm Taylor, and Sgt. Kevin Odom and Jason Ferguson respond to 11th and N. Forbes streets. Report taken.


8:41 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officers Michael Williams, Richard Santor and Norm Taylor, and Chief Kevin Burke responded to an anonymous female reported male and female in physical altercation at Second and Park streets. Female is bleeding from the face; male left on foot toward Clearlake Club. Female still on Second Street, across from Clearlake Club in a red van; subject described as Hispanic male, no shirt, shorts. Arrest made.


9:32 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor and Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at Kmart, S.

Main Street. Warning.


9:42 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer-initiated activity at Martin and S. Main street. General

services rendered.


10:12 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor and Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at Blockbuster, Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


11:20 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Kevin Odom, Officer Norm Taylor and Kevin Burke responds to TJs, S. Main Street where approximately 15 people in the parking lot are on the side of the business. They appear to be getting ready to fight; reporter states the responsible party is in a white Bronco and is requesting an area check as the responsible appears to be getting ready to leave. Gone on arrival.


11:59 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Norm Taylor, Chief Kevin Burke and Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated

activity at Third and N. Main streets. Arrest made.
