12:32 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officers Michael Williams and Richard Santor, and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report from an anonymous male concerning loud party on Armstrong Street. Sixteen to 20 males and females, 16-24 years old, are drinking alcohol, partying in the house and on the streets. Warning.


4:48 a.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Officer Michael Williams and Richard Santor initiated activity at Forest Drive. Parking citation.


8:04 a.m. – Fire/gas and propane leak. Officer Gavin Wells initiated activity at USA, S. Main Street. Fuel leak, approximately two gallons at this time; unable to stop the leak. General services rendered.


8:05 a.m. – Outside agency assist. Officers Gavin Wells and Jim Bell initiated activity at USA, S. Main Street, regarding a red 1998 Chrysler LeBaron. General services rendered.


8:46 a.m. – Fraud. Caller reports theft of money from her bank account at Westamerica Bank, S. Main Street. Report taken.


9:07 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from resident on Lakeshore Boulevard who reported theft of boat trailer license plate; occurred in the last week. Report taken.


11:39 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from caller on N. Main Street who reported two male subjects were in a physical altercation. They were walking northbound on Main Street; one is on a bike. Subjects are white males, 20s, last seen wearing white tsshirts and blue jeans. Report taken.


12:04 p.m. – Annoying phone calls. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from Wells Fargo Bank, Safeway, 11th Street, regarding an unknown male subject who continues to call and make threats via the telephone; subject lives in Clearlake. General services rendered.


12:23 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Third and N. Main streets. Report taken.


12:46 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from caller on Third Street who requested contact regarding road construction signs that are not visible and may pose a hazard. General services rendered.


12:59 p.m. – Public intoxication. Unknown female reports drunk subject laying on the floor at Regency Inn, N. Main Street, unable to get up. General services rendered.


1:40 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jim Bell responded to resident on El Dorado Way who reported her vehicle, a white Volvo, was hit while parked in the parking lot at Safeway, 11th Street. The other vehicle left the scene, reported to be a silver Durango. General services rendered.


1:54 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Officer Jim Bell responded to caller on N. High Street who reports that his landlords are in front of his residence, taking pictures of him. General services rendered.


5:30 p.m. – Traffic stop. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at S. Main and E streets. Moving violation citation.


6:56 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer-initiated activity at Hillside Honda, S. Main Street; 2005 Dodge. Warning.


7:22 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at N. Main and Ninth streets; 2004 Buick four-door. Warning.


7:34 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at N. Main Street; 2007 Chevrolet. Moving violation citation.


10:33 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at Shoreline Self Storage, Kimberly Lane. General services rendered.


10:57 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at Safeway, 11th Street. Moving violation citation.


11:07 pm. – Pedestrian check. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Regency Inn, N. Main Street. General services rendered.


11:17 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at N. High and Ninth streets; 1996 Pontiac. Moving violation citation.


11:36 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at Hillside Honda, S. Main Street. Moving violation citation.
