1:51 a.m. – Officer Richard Santor responds to Safeway, where two 17- to 18-year-old females were in the store earlier and stole a few bottles of alcohol. They were just in the store trying to steal some more. Associated with dark-colored Plymouth-style older vehicle. White female juvenile, dark hair and blonde female with orange dress; vehicle occupied by several subjects. General services rendered.


2:38 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at N. Main and Fourth streets. Citizens assist.


3:25 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Richard Santor responds to resident on S. Main Street who reported hearing a pounding noise out on the side or back of the mobile home. Gone on arrival.


3:40 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Richard Santor responded to resident on N. Brush Street who reports approximately five subjects standing in front of the residence; can hear banging going on and a car sped away with the subjects running after it. About two hours ago she heard a verbal altercation from the same location. Gone on arrival.


4:41 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Richard Santor, Deputy Sarah Hardisty and Deputy Jacob Steely responded to resident on N. Brush Street who reported hearing domestic violence. Caller advises it sounds physical; male and female involved. Gone on arrival.


1:22 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Westside Park and Finley Road. Warning.


1:37 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responds to Anchorage Inn, N. Main Street, to a report of a subject slamming doors and blaming a housekeeper at inn of stealing his phone. Caller would like responsible to leave; responsible is in his room. Warning.


2:33 p.m. – Found property. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to Main Street Nursery, S. Main Street, to a report of marijuana paraphernalia. General services rendered.


4:11 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Jason Ferguson, and Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson respond to caller on N. Main Street who would like his son to leave. Responsible is being loud and caller is worried about being asked to leave; parties are separated. General services rendered.


4:54 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Sixth and S. Main streets. Parking citation.


6:31 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson respond to caller in front of Bank of America who reports several girls in a four-door bigger boxy car threw food items as caller as they drove past; last seen northbound on Main Street. Report taken.


6:57 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at Fairview Way; 1990 Toyota. Moving violation citation.


8:50 p.m.- Family disturbance. Officers Richard Santor, Michael Williams and Destry Henderson respond to caller who hears a male yelling at an elderly female who lives in unit at Lakeport Lagoons, S. Main Street. Male is her son, in his 50s and has history of alcoholism. General services rendered.


10:11 p.m. – Noise Disturbance. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson responded to tenants at Armstrong and S. Starr streets who reported running unusually loud swamp cooler nonstop all

night. Caller went over to ask them to turn it off at night and they will not answer the door for him. Gone on arrival; talked to reporter.

description: 87 GMC Sierra. Report taken.


1:28 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officers Richard Santor and Norm Taylor responded to report from anonymous male requesting a walk through at the Clearlake Club Bar, N. Main Street. He believes there are minors at the business. General services rendered.


2:17 a.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Highway 29 and Highway 175. Outside agency assist.


7:30 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Fifth Street boat ramp,

Park Street. Citizens assist.


11:32 a.m. – Welfare check. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Jason Ferguson took report from caller who says a subject is not making sense and acting strange at First Street house; advised there is a gun in the house and she is concerned. Report taken.


1:24 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Biggs Diner, Park Street, on the report of a male refusing to pay for tab. Responsible subject is at the counter; white male, gray button shirt. General services rendered.


3:38 p.m. – Be on the lookout. Southbound Highway 29, red Chevrolet pickup towing a black bass boat; possibly driving under the influence. General services rendered.


4:23 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson responded to report of a large bird that fell from the tree at Library Park. Trying to bite the kids; behind the bathrooms near the tables. Gone on arrival.


5:04 p.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at State Farm Insurance, S. Main Street. Outside agency assist.


5:46 p.m. – Annoying phone calls. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson, and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responds to caller who advises daughter on Martin Street has been calling and harassing him. Report taken.


8 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. Warning.


10:04 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at Shari’s Secret Garden, N. Main Street. Warning.


10:12 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson respond to ongoing problems with a barking dog reported on Manzanita; at residence directly across from his. Lakeport PD animal call.


10:41 p.m. – Music disturbance. Anonymous male reports loud music coming from Full Throttle Tavern. General services rendered.


10:53 p.m. – Security check. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity

at Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. Warning.

6:11 a.m. – Commercial burglary. Clear Lake High School reported room broken into last night. Report

6:40 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity in the 100 block of

7:13 a.m. – Residential burglary. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of burglary at residence on N. Main Street last night. Report taken.

advised she could not find her 4-year-old daughter but the child was located and no need for a response. General services rendered.

9:02 p.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Destry Henderson respond to report that the caller's 15-year-old son is yelling at the caller and damaged a door because parent won’t let him go to a party. Caller is concerned he may assault him as there is history of it. General services rendered.


10:10 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Dale Stoebe respond to loud party reported at second house on the left side of Mellor. General services rendered.


11:18 p.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Destry Henderson responded to caller on N. Forbes Street who witnessed someone head butt her 17-year-old son. Arrest made.

10:56 a.m. – Welfare check. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from an anonymous female regarding a male who hit a young boy about 6 years old on S. Forbes Street, and then the boy was crying for about 30 minutes; it's quiet now but the caller is worried about the juvenile. General services rendered.


12:42 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of a hit and run at USA, S. Main Street. Report taken.

6:37 p.m. – Civil complaint. Officer Norm Taylor responds to caller who requests civil standby to retrieve property from Royale Avenue. Civil assist.


7:26 p.m. – Lost property. Caller reports lost purse to Kmart Customer Services, S. Main Street. Report taken.
