1:58 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report from anonymous female regarding a loud juvenile party at residence on Wild Oak Court. Warning.


5 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Destry Henderson responded to report about loud music in

neighborhood; ongoing problem on Sixth and N. Brush streets. General services rendered.


10:56 a.m. – Welfare check. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from an anonymous female regarding a male who hit a young boy about 6 years old on S. Forbes Street, and then the boy was crying for about 30 minutes; it's quiet now but the caller is worried about the juvenile. General services rendered.


12:42 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of a hit and run at USA, S. Main Street. Report taken.


2:54 p.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Clear Lake High School, Lange Street. Report taken.


3:10 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Jim Bell and Norm Taylor initiated activity at Bank of America,

N. Main Street. Green BMW 323. Arrest made; released on a cite.


5:52 p.m. – Civil complaint. Officer Destry Henderson responded to reporter on 14th Street who is being evicted from the house and has until tonight at midnight to be out. The landlord is there now and will not leave. Civil assist.


6:26 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


6:37 p.m. – Civil complaint. Officer Norm Taylor responds to caller who requests civil standby to retrieve property from Royale Avenue. Civil assist.


7:26 p.m. – Lost property. Caller reports lost purse to Kmart Customer Services, S. Main Street. Report taken.


8:27 p.m. – Caller reports he was assaulted in Library Park on June 26; unknown responsibles. General services rendered.


8:50 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Destry Henderson and Norm Taylor, and Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated

activity at Seventh and N. High streets. Arrest made.


8:59 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Museum Park, N. Main Street. General services rendered.


10:07 p.m. – Fireworks reported going off in area of Miramonte Avenue and Lakeshore Boulevard. Warning.


11:12 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds to report from anonymous male regarding several people on the corner of Spurr Street being loud and yelling. Warning.
