10:40 a.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to report from caller who says she were rear-ended at Highway 29 and Lakeport Boulevard. Responsible subject fled and she followed him to the AAA on Parallel Drive. Outside agency assist.

11:56 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to Shari’s Secret Garden, N. Main Street, regarding a black sedan occupied by one white male with mustache who hit two customers with his car; they are shaken up but uninjured. Responsible left south on Main Street. Report taken.

1:53 p.m. – Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Kmart, S. Main Street, where a female shoplifter was in custody at loss prevention. Arrest made.
