8:17 a.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at N. Forbes and Seventh streets. Report taken.


11:30 a.m. – Fire/medical aid, Perko's, 11th Street. General services rendered.


11:36 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of abandoned vehicle parked in front of property on Campbell Lane; dark blue car. General services rendered.


1:34 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at N. Main and Ninth streets. Warning.


2:19 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Evergreen Healthcare, Craig Avenue. Referred to another agency.


2:44 p.m. – Kmart, S. Main Street, reported adult female shoplifter in custody. Report taken.


2:45 p.m. – Officer Jim Bell responds to report from First Baptist Church, N. Forbes Street, regarding a female subject who walked in and is lost and possibly has some mental health issues. General services rendered.


3:25 p.m. – Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson respond to UPS, Craig Avenue, to an employee who advises they have a large quantity of marijuana that was being shipped. Report taken.


4:21 p.m. – Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson respond to Lakeport city workers who need a vehicle moved that is blocking sewage pumping station at Clear Lake Avenue boat launch. General services rendered.


5:38 p.m. – Caller reports civil issues with ex-wife. General services rendered.


5:49 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to caller who reported she was rear-ended at 11th and North streets. General services rendered.


6:13 p.m. – Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson respond to man's report that his ex-wife is in violation of child custody at Park Street. General services rendered.


7:03 p.m. – Followup. Caller has paperwork from previous call. General services rendered.


7:28 p.m. – Contempt of court. Caller arrived home on 20th Street and found vehicle missing and yard damaged. General services rendered.


8:41 p.m. – Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson take report for two bags left at the bus stop bench on N. Main and Third streets; one bag has medication inside. Report taken.


10:41 p.m. – Officers Norm Taylor, Michael Williams and Destry Henderson, and Sgt. Dale Stoebe respond to report of loud party with possible underage drinking and drugs on Konocti Avenue. Warning.

12:16 a.m. – Deputies Don McPherson and Glenn Capurro, Officer Michael Williams and Officer Destry Henderson respond to report from anonymous caller at Mendocino Community Health Clinic, Lakeshore Boulevard, regarding a female looking through windows and going through the trash cans; wants her checked out. Described as Hispanic female, 30s, 5’7”, black hair, brown shirt, dark pants. General services rendered.


12:59 a.m. – Followup. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at Lily Cove Avenue. General services rendered.


9:51 a.m. – Officer Jim Bell responds to report from anonymous female regarding a male and female in a verbal. White male, black shirt; the female has a pink hat; male is behind the old theater, S. Forbes and Martin streets. The female is now walking toward the gas station. General services rendered.


4:07 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Jim Bell respond to 911 caller's request for medical aid for 16-year-old female assault victim, Library Park, Park Street. Arrest made.


5:48 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds to scene at Lakeport Boulevard and S. Main Street. Report taken.


8:09 p.m. – Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Dale Stoebe respond to report of Hispanic male urinating in the parking lot, Willow Point Resort, First Street. Warning.


11:00 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds to call from resident on 19th Street who reports an unknown subject came up to the residence, jiggled the door handle and then smacked the window. When caller looked out, there was no one there. Requests a drive through of the area, but no contact. Gone on arrival.


11:18 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Church of Latter Day Saints, 16th Street. General services rendered.


11:39 p.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Caller on 19th Street requests officer contact regarding earlier incident involving door being jiggled. General services rendered.

7:55 a.m. – Extra patrol. City of Lakeport requests extra patrol in Library Park today for an employee working in the park. Subjects have made threats to the employee of retaliation. General services rendered.


11:10 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department. Report taken.


12:09 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officers Jarvis Leishman and Jim Bell respond to resident at Willow Point who reports verbal altercation with 16-year-old daughter, who is throwing property around the house and states she wants to go to Juvenile Hall. Daughter is on probation per caller. General services

rendered.


1:46 p.m. – Followup. Officers Jim Bell and Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Fifth Street. Parking citation.


2:02 p.m. – Lost property. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to caller at Starbucks, Safeway, 11th Street, who reports lost wallet. Report taken.


2:42 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jim Bell responds to report of collision heard, not seen, at Seventh and N. Forbes streets. Report taken.


3:57 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson respond to report of a vehicle that lost a tire and is blocking intersection at 20th Street and Hartley. General services rendered.


6:06 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson respond to 911 caller who reports his 18-year-old-son threatened to assault him and he wants him removed from his room. Son currently is in front of the unit on N. Main Street. Gone on arrival.


7:55 p.m. – Extra patrol. Deep Valley Alarm requests extra patrol through the night at Lannette Huffman, DDS, N. High Street. Alarm will be disarmed for tonight due to malfunction. General services rendered.


9:34 p.m. – Shots fired. Officers Michael Williams, Destry Henderson and Richard Santor respond to resident on Forest Drive who reports hearing five to six shots fired from the area of Clear Lake High School, Lange Street. Gone on arrival.


9:42 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Richard Santor responds to ongoing problem with loud swamp cooler on Armstrong and S. Starr streets. Lights are on, saw someone in the window and they are not coming to the door. Gone on arrival.


9:53 p.m. – Driving under the influence. Officers Michael Williams, Destry Henderson and Richard Santor take report regarding an elderly white male wearing cowboy hat, jeans just stumbled out of vehicle into Safeway, 11th Street.
