12:21 a.m. – Officer Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


1:12 a.m. – Officers Michael Williams, Richard Santor and Destry Henderson, and Chief Kevin Burke respond to request for area check on Oak Knoll Avenue and S. Main Street. Male was urinating in the street and just got into a vehicle with four others; parked at location. Gone on arrival.


4:10 a.m. – Public disturbance. Several subjects in physical fight outside room at Konocti Vista Casino, Mission Rancheria Road. Report taken.


7:32 a.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to report from anonymous female regarding an extreme amount of broken glass at the intersection of N. Tunis and First streets. Caller is concerned for children who may be playing in the area; she is disabled and unable to clear it herself. General services rendered.


9:13 a.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson responds to Chevron, S. Main Street, on a report of an irate male subject. Caller was fearful that he was going to become violent; now is walking out to his vehicle. Gone on arrival.


10:35 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responds to report of a male subject who was chipping a brass plaque from a flag pole using a short handled sledge hammer, then put it in his vehicle and drove off; Lake County Chamber of Commerce, Lakeport Boulevard. Report taken.


12:20 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Riggs Road residence. Report taken.


12:27 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to report regarding a basset hound locked inside vehicle at New Hope Fellowship Church, Peckham Court. Gone on arrival.


1:26 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Parallel Drive on a report that neighbors are preparing for yard sale, lots of items in front of the house, but there is no one at home today and there are four people on the property, possibly taking things. Gone on arrival.


4:11 p.m. – Civil complaint. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at N. Forbes Street. General services rendered.


4:28 p.m. – Followup. Officers Michael Williams and Destry Henderson initiated activity at N. Brush Street. Report taken.


7:11 p.m. – Kmart, S. Main Street, reports male and female shoplifted, left items and left on foot, northbound on Main Street. Report taken.


7:33 p.m. – Foot patrol. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Willow Point Resort, First Street. General services rendered.

2:03 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Highway 29 and Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


10:21 a.m. – Suspicious person. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to report about two unknown males now on Ninth Street, on foot, going through peoples' garbage on private property at 10th and North streets. Described as Hispanic males, mid 40s, one with an A’s hat, blue shirt; the other red plaid long-sleeved shirt. Gone on arrival.


10:47 a.m. – Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to Performance European, S. Main Street, on report of an unknown male who went into the business threatening the caller. Subject has now left the business in a white Camry; caller is concerned because he smelled of alcohol. General services rendered.


11:10 a.m. – Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to Off the Strip, N. Main Street, on report of a male keeps hanging around the business; he only goes in when caller is by herself. Subject currently is across the street in the thrift store; described as white male, 5’6”, bald; last seen wearing white hat, black vest, green shirt, black shorts, tube socks. Warning.


12:02 p.m. – Animal control issue. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to caller requesting assistance getting canine out of vehicle on Second and N. Brush streets. Referred to another agency.


12:52 p.m. – Welfare check. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Jason Ferguson respond to TNT on the Lake, First Street, on report of an elderly female who went into the restaurant with her daughter and is now saying that isn’t her daughter and refusing to leave with anyone. She is saying she wants an officer. General services rendered.


1:03 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. Moving violation citation.


2:57 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Central Park Avenue and Harry Street; 2000 Dodge Caravan. Moving violation citation.


4:48 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Third and Park streets. Warning.


6:58 p.m. – Simple assault. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Lakeport Skilled Nursing, 16th Street, on report of a patient and a visitor who assaulted each other this afternoon; the visitor is no longer on scene. Report taken.


7:04 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Martin Street. Report taken.


8:09 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officers Michael Williams and Richard Santor responded to report of an unknown female chasing children and cursing at them at Westside Park, Westside Park Drive. Described as Hispanic female, 40-50, black hair; last seen wearing blue shirt and yellow pants. Gone on arrival.


8:13 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Norm Taylor responded to report of an ongoing problem with barking dogs at Second Street Annex and Compton Street. Warning.


8:31 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Officers Michael Williams and Richard Santor responded to report from customer in front of Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. Report taken.


8:58 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at S. Main and E streets. Warning.


9:12 p.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Michael Sobieraj initiated activity at S. Main and Martin street. Warning.

1:35 a.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Michael Sobieraj and Police Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at Aqua Village Mobile Home Park, S. Main Street. Warning.


1:41 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer-initiated activity at N. Main and First streets. Report taken; released on cite.

7:30 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to report of a reckless driver who nearly ran down the caller while on a scooter in a crosswalk on N. Forbes and 10th streets. Gone on arrival.


10:45 a.m. – Followup. Caller would like to speak to officer regarding an assault that occurred yesterday on 11th Street. General services rendered.


11:19 a.m. – Commercial burglary. Sgt. Jason Ferguson, Officer Jarvis Leishman and Deputy Benjamin Moore respond to report of a male subject with screwdriver trying to break into coin machine at Lakeport Carwash. Gone on arrival.


1:41 p.m. – Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to request for welfare check on a 92-year-old female at Clearlake Marina Mobile Home Park. Caller has been trying to contact woman this morning and phone is not working. Caller is concerned due to age and worried woman may be hurt. Message delivered.


1:47 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at S. Main and C streets. Moving violation citation.


2:58 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to report of a subject assaulted on June 26th at Library Park. Report taken.


3:17 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Kmart, S. Main Street, on a report of a shoplifter in custody. Report taken.


4:41 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to report of a child locked in vehicle on Highway 29 and Highland Springs Road. Outside agency assist.


5:43 p.m. – Officer Destry Henderson responds to Kmart, S. Main Street, on report of an employee bitten by dog in the parking lot; dog still on scene, tied up outside.

6:15 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to report of a brown Chrysler sedan blocking the lane at Lakeport Boulevard and S. Main Street. Civil assist.

9:01 p.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Kevin Odom, and Officers Michael Williams, Richard Santor and Destry Henderson respond to report that callers sister threw beer at her and punched her; denying medical; Lake County Fairgrounds, Martin Street. Gone on arrival.


10:10 p.m. – Security check. Officer Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke responded to Lakeport Corp Yard, Martin Street, on request for a drive through the area as there are people hanging around the concrete blocks and they have had problems with people breaking them. Gone on arrival.


10:26 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officers Michael Williams and Richard Santor respond to report that an unknown person kicked reporter’s car at Lakeside Lanes, Lakeport Boulevard. Report taken.
