2:30 a.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Norm Taylor responded to report of three teenagers hanging out in a driveway on S. Polk and Armstrong streets and riding their bikes. Caller is concerned because he doesn’t know if they should be at the house or not. Gone on arrival.

2:52 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at 15th and N. High streets; 1994 Toyota. Parking citation.

8:08 a.m. – Commercial burglary. Officer Jim Bell responded to Lakeport Corp Yard, Martin Street, where they reported a break-in during the night. Report taken.

8:11 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Norm Taylor responds to report from unknown caller on N. Tunis and Brush streets, reported unknown male climbing up power pole. Described as white male, 20 years old, blond hair; last seen wearing white tank top, black shorts, white shoes. Warning.
