5:44 a.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Highway 29 and Argonaut Road, Finley. Warning.


10:13 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to report of a boat trailer blocking caller's mailbox on 24th Street. Does not wish contact. General Services Rendered; marked 72 hours


10:36 a.m. – Illegal dumping. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to report that someone just dumped a bunch of garbage in the dumpster at the Forbes Apartments, S. Forbes Street. Caller went through it and found a name; subject was associated with a silver Ford Focus with flames; occurred about 30 minutes ago. Report taken.


11:31 a.m. – Shoplifter. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Kmart, S. Main Street, where two shoplifters were reported in custody. Arrest made.


2:19 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to report at Lakeport Express, S. Main Street, regarding vandalism to gas pump. Report taken.


3:14 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at N. Brush Street. Arrest made.


4:48 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. Moving violation citation.


5:09 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Lake One Stop on First Street on a report of a subject who was possibly printing some counterfeit checks on the computers. Report taken.


5:14 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Deputy Chris Rivera and Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at S. Main Street and Lakeport Boulevard; red Jeep SUV. Citizens assist.


5:33 p.m. – Civil complaint. Officer Norm Taylor responded to caller who reported her ex-girlfriend is following her in a vehicle and trying to harass her; they are in a gold Hyundai Elantra. General services rendered.


8:55 p.m. – Auto burglary. Officer Richard Santor took report on purse reported stolen from vehicle on Third and N. Forbes streets. Report taken.


9:14 p.m. – Follow up. Lt. Brad Rasmussen, Sgt. Kevin Odom and Officer Richard Santor initiated

activity at Regency Inn, N. Main Street. General services rendered.


9:51 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to report from anonymous female reports male walking

in front of traffic on Lakeport Boulevard and Bevins Street; he seemed to be yelling at another male who

was on a bike; Respondent described as white male, 19ish, 6 ft, thin build, curly hair; last seen wearing

no shirt, black shorts – Gone on Arrival


11:13 p.m. – Vehicle Code/Other Offenses – Officer Norm Taylor – Anonymous female reported large

road obstruction between two northbound lanes on South State Highway 29 and Highway 175; possibly

a kitchen table. Gone on arrival.


11:43 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Anonymous female reports large kitchen table in roadway,

southbound Highway 29, between Todd Road and Highway 175. General services rendered.


11:49 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Richard Santor responds to report from anonymous female regarding a possible driver under the influence, swerving all over N. Main and Third Street, headed toward Campos Casuals. Gone on arrival.


11:49 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Norm Taylor, Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Sgt. Kevin Odom respond to resident on Compton Street who advised that someone was possibly trying to break into their vehicle. Caller's husband went outside to look and saw someone running away; requests area check. Gone on arrival.


11:53 p.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Kevin Odom, and Officers Richard Santor and Norm Taylor respond to report from anonymous regarding subject trying to fight family members at the Forbes Apartments, S. Forbes Street. Possibly assaulted his father; negative weapons. Arrest made.
