NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the County Administrative Officer, County of Lake, State of California, declares his intent to lease real property consisting of land currently owned by the County and located at 3065 Lakeshore Blvd., Nice, CA (APN 032-133-35), and commonly known as Holiday Harbor Marina. NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 12-04 for Gary Scrivens in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a storage room addition above an existing garage that will exceed the height limitation of fifteen feet.
A roof deck above the addition will result in a total structure height of twenty-one and one-half feet.
The property is located at 2940 Lakeshore Blvd., Lakeport, APN 028-332-10.
