NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND COMPLEX GRADING PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a Complex Grading Permit (GR11-034) proposing grading to construct a 650 foot long, 25 foot wide road and a 250 foot long, 16 foot wide driveway on property located at 1150 State Hwy 53 Clearlake, CA, APN 010-055-40.  

The project applicant is Roger Wheeler. 

The Community Development Director will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 12-01.  

The proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration, all documents referenced in the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and proposed permit conditions are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.  

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration will start on May 19, 2012 and end on June 11, 2012.

The Community Development Director will approve this Complex Grading Permit with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., June 11, 2012.  

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 20, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.

NOTICE OF INTENTION BY THE COUNTY OF LAKE TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE HOLIDAY HARBOR MARKET DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND THE LAKE COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC MARKETING PLAN


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the review and acceptance of both the Holiday Harbor Market Development Plan and the Lake County Economic Development Strategic Marketing Plan.  The projects were funded through the State of California, Department of Housing and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, Planning and Technical Assistance Grant.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the final products and accept the plan documents. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested party may appear and be heard.

If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk of the Board at or prior to, the public hearing.
