NOTICE OF INTENTION BY THE COUNTY OF LAKE TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE HOLIDAY HARBOR MARKET DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND THE LAKE COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC MARKETING PLAN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the review and acceptance of both the Holiday Harbor Market Development Plan and the Lake County Economic Development Strategic Marketing Plan.  The projects were funded through the State of California, Department of Housing and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, Planning and Technical Assistance Grant.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the final products and accept the plan documents. The plan documents and CDBG Public Information File is available at the Administrative Office in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport.  Contact Alan D. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at said time and place that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California will be conducting a public hearing Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 9:15 A.M., in the Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, as the time and place for public input.  

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested party may appear and be heard.

If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk of the Board at or prior to, the public hearing.
