NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 12-04 for Gary Scrivens in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a storage room addition above an existing garage that will exceed the height limitation of fifteen feet.
A roof deck above the addition will result in a total structure height of twenty-one and one-half feet.
The property is located at 2940 Lakeshore Blvd., Lakeport, APN 028-332-10.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., May 7, 2012.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 16, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
