NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR MODIFICATION TO MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving a Minor Modification (MMU 12-02) to a previously approved Use Permit (MUP 01-23) for Mt. Konocti Winery-Robert Gayaldo in accordance with Lake County Code to allow an indoor event center with up to 30 events annually with up to 300 people in an existing storage room.  No amplified music or sound is proposed.

The property is located at 2550 Big Valley Road, Kelseyville, APN 008-035-44.
