NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 12-15 of Gregory Sullivan in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a collector’s permit for a 36-foot x 72-foot garage which will exceed the accessory height limitation of 15 feet for a total structure height of 19 feet and to allow a twenty-five percent reduction in the front yard setback off Eva Way from 30 feet to 22 feet - 6 inches.

The property is located at 3260 Hill Road East, Lakeport, APN 005-017-63.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UP 12-08 proposing a major use permit to allow the storage of bulk propane, two or fewer bulk delivery trucks, 150 or fewer individual propane tanks and necessary support equipment.  

The project applicant is William Garrett (Value Propane). The project is located at 4545 Loasa Road, Kelseyville, CA, APN 008-038-06.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 08-08 proposing a parcel map to subdivide approximately 36 acres into two parcels.  

The project applicant is Jim Carpenter and Carpenter Orchard Inc.

The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-30.  

The project is located at 3275 Hill Rd, Lakeport, CA APN 005-015-41.  

The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
