NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 12-09 of Matthew Uribe in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a collector’s permit that exceeds the accessory structure height limit to construct a two-story 4,000 square foot detached workshop/garage located at 16226 Spruce Grove Road, Middletown, CA, APN 136-101-03.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., July 27, 2012 to the Community Development Department, 2 Courthouse, 55 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on August 1, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
