NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Planning Commission will consider approving MINOR MODIFICATION 14-01 to MINOR USE PERMIT 04-68 to allow the number of special events held at Rancho De La Fuente to be increased from a maximum of twenty-four to a maximum of forty on property located at 2290 Soda Bay Road, Lakeport CA, APN 008-010-29.
The project applicant is Frank Perez.
The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 04-76.
The previously approved mitigated negative declaration and initial study are currently available for review, and the staff report will be available for review ten (10) days before the hearing at the Community Development Department in Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application MINOR USE PERMIT 13-27 proposing the sales of food from a self-contained food trailer on property located at 21159 and 21163 Calistoga St., Middletown, APN’s 024-382-01 and 024-382-02.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application VR 13-01 proposing a variance from front and rear yard setback requirements of the Single Family Residential District to allow construction of an addition to an existing residence for property located at 13450 Adams Springs Drive, Cobb, APN 052-031-01.
This project was continued from a previous Planning Commission public hearing held on February 27, 2014 at the request of the applicant.
