NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration for the rehabilitation of the existing bridge over Robinson Creek at Mockingbird Lane based on Initial Study IS 11–30.  

The project applicant is the Lake County Public Works Department.  

The project site is located approximately 0.3 miles west of State Highway 29, 1.5 miles south of Upper Lake, in the vicinity of APNs 004-081-03, 004-081-04, and 004-082-04.  

The proposed mitigated negative declaration and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

The Community Development Director will approve this project with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., April 30, 2014.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION & GRADING PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a GRADING PERMIT (GR 14-032) for the installation of a new 53.8-acre vineyard, and will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 13–24.  

The project applicant is Shannon Ranches.  

The project site is located at 14692 & 15096 East State Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks, CA; APNs 006-560-29 and 006-012-04.  

The proposed grading permit, mitigated negative declaration and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.  

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on March 18, 2014 and end on April 8, 2014.
