NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-30 of Clearlake Oaks Property Owners Association Inc. in accordance with Lake County Code for the establishment of a corporation yard for the Clearlake Keys Property Owners Association allowing for the construction of a new 360 square foot, twelve foot tall one story storage structure; area for the parking of maintenance vehicles; and, the locating of a six foot tall fence partially within the required front setback located at 12675 East State Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks CA, APN 035-231-11.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the Lake County Housing Authority Administration Plan. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at 9:15 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.
