NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, MARCH 4, 2014, at 11:40 A.M., in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, as the time and place for conducting a PUBLIC HEARING of a proposed urgency ordinance adopting emergency water conservation restrictions for County Service Area No. 18, Starview Water System. Certified copies of the proposed ordinance are available at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 255 North Forbes Street, Room 109, Lakeport, CA 95453.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION & GRADING PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 13-21) and GRADING PERMIT (GR 13-027) for the construction of a 24.7 acre-foot pond on 3.5 acres of existing agricultural lands, and will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 13–22. The project applicant is Six Sigma Ranch & Winery.
The project site is located at 13372 Spruce Grove Road, Lower Lake, CA; APNs 012-012-19 & 69.
The proposed minor use permit, grading permit, mitigated negative declaration, and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration, are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on February 20, 2014 and end on March 17, 2014. The Planner processing this application is Will Evans, (707) 263-2221 or
The Community Development Director will approve this project without a public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., March 17, 2014.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on March 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Lake County Courthouse.
